The Crisis Line is available 24/7/365.  If you have been unable to reach the Guardian Representative for days or weeks, please let us know on the Crisis Line so we can make accommodations to meet your needs.

Empowering Lives Guardianship Services LLC (ELGS) makes every attempt to not use text messages to communicate due to the HIPAA Compliance concerns and that there is no method to determine if a Text has actually been received.  

Should you be given a cell number for ELGS staff, please do not share this information with the individuals we represent or their families.  They are to use the office line or crisis line if necessary.  Office lines ring to the cellphones via an app.

ELGS Staff make visits in the community and attend a variety of meetings.  Please allow for ample time to respond to your requests.
